Yes, Filipino nurses in the UK have to pay Tax at the full rate, somewhere around 22%-25%, so take that into account when you are working out what you may earn.
You will also need to pay for accomodation, council, tax, approx £500-£1500 per year depending where you live in the country, London being the highest, and hetting cheaper the further North you go.
You also have to pay for the utilities water, gas & electric, although some nursing accomodation will have this included.
