:) Yes, she did, Scott ... a few weeks ago, now ... and mother & baby are doing away just fine. It's the fact that her spousal visa was refused - and consequently, she cannot be with Deano for the foreseeable future :bigcry: - that is obviously preying on her mind ... understandably! :anerikke:

To scott and ligaya : I love my husband so much. It doesn't do anything with my love for my husband. I just feel dismayed every time I see the thread that I posted here. It reminded me of the refusal of my visa and some thread have my email address which Im not aware that this is viewed by a public. Hope you understand.

yes but still a strange request, she has had loads of help and support from what I can see from the members here, I would have thought that would have been a comfort. Hopefully her husband will find/stay in full time work and get his six months rental agreement and finances sorted out.

Anyway Jeanne, i hope it works out for you and your family

Hi Arthur, thanks for the reply. If possible, all the threads that I posted here or if its not possible to delete all the thread, just only the "Spouse Visa Refused thread" One of the reason is I just feel sad / disappointed every time I read my post here. I hope they will grant my request.

Oh you poor sweetheart.

Do try to be patient, and stay hopeful.

I'm sure something good will happen for you.

For the moment just try to enjoy your baby, who I'll bet is soooo cute. :)

This forum is full of good kind-hearted people who will always be here to help and advise you, but things may just take a little more time.

Jeane ... :please: think very carefully about this request of yours. :yeahthat: Last I heard, your husband had been going to contact an immigration specialist in the UK. So I'm not sure whether you've since been back in touch with with the British Embassy to ask for an 'Entry Clearance Manager' to review your application - or if you have already launched an appeal - or both. Also, for all I know, you might be about to re-apply for a Spousal Visa.

Whichever of these stages you're at, it's very likely you'll need our help and support. And it will make it all the more difficult for us to give the proper advice and guidance if your earlier threads are removed.

That's why I'd urge you to give serious thought to what you've asked us to do here. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

It's a very nice feeling that many people especially from the members here always shows help, support and comforting words in times when one feels so down and frustrated... I witnessed and felt the concern and care especially from grahamw48, joebloggs and others... :xxgrinning--00xx3:

For me who is trying to put my trust back to the people around me, I think I found a place to stay. I found it here. I don't know much about the people behind every messages but I can feel they are nice and they really care. :Jump:

:thankyou:

You keep aksing this, I haven't been that well the last few days so have a backlog of things to do, and as this site is free it's at the bottom of the to-do list

We don't usually delete anything, especially 'all' post as it can screw up the forum, but if you really want the visa thread deleted give me a link to it. If you want to vanish I can also change your username/password so the account is no longer usable by anyone, but as you've seen above, people only want to help you. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Thank you for always trying to help us and for showing us your sincerity and concern , My husband is suppose to get a lawyer but it cost a fortune. We submit a letter for reconsideration in the British Embassy but it happen that the appeal form was submitted in tribunal in UK. We didn't hear from the British Embassy here anymore. But few weeks ago, my husband got letter from Tribunal in UK saying the ECO who made a decision will submit the original documents that I submitted during my application in UK in December for the appeal, that means the ECM and ECO didn't reconsider my visa and will proceed for hearing. Also they ask my husband to submit a letter in reply to the grounds of refusal and submit additional evidence in tribunal in UK if there's any . we really dont have an idea how the hearing works.
My husband is planning to go here in end of November to visit us. He will be going to stay here until December. He will wait for the schedule of the hearing and will attend for it together with our witness when he get back in UK. But we don't know if we have a chance in the appeal / hearing knowing that we have a baby already. The situation is different now.:doh
