Hello! You can renew it anytime. I renewed mine already and it will expire next year. I just renew it coz I'll be applying for ILR nxt month.

Here's the link for the requirements:

How did you apply for your ILR? Post or in person?

Good luck with the renewal...:xxgrinning--00xx3:

Unless changes have been made there are are two honorary consulates in Scotland:-

Glasgow

Robert McCready, Consul, a.h.
Philippine Honorary Consul in Glasgow
Office Address: 12 Rutherford Court,
Bridge of Allan, Stirlingshire
Scotland FK9 4QG
Mob. No: 07831 569876
Fax No: 01786 831880
bmccready@tinyworld.co.uk

Edinburgh

Ms. Gladys Corbett, Consul, a.h.
Philippine Honorary Consul in Edinburgh
Address: 1 Bankhead Medway, Edinburgh EH11 4BY
Tel. No: 0131 453 3222
Fax. No. 0131 453 6444
g.corbett@blueyonder.co.uk

I'd give them a call or e-mail to check the latest situation.
But I do have a sneaky feeling that passport renewals for the machine readable passports might need to be done in London. Just check it out first.

Please let us here know the latest info

Looking at the Philippine embassy website, looks like we will have to travel to London. Her passport runs out end of October, don't know if she needs a new one before it runs out, we have no plans on traveling abroad for a few months. But don't know if her ILR will become void if her passport runs out. Will call the consulate in Edinburgh. Cheers stuart

no her ILR will only become invalid if she has left the UK for more than 2yrs in one trip.
