A new regulation states any public utility vehicle (PUV) operator who fails to give persons with disabilities (PWDs) an appropriate seat will be fined P50,000 for the first offense and P100,000 for the second offense.

First of all the disabled need to dress so they can be clearly recognised... I recommend ...

you cant tell disabeled these days i saw a guy drive up in a dirty great 4x4 park in a bay put his badge in window and walk off he didnt look anything wrong with him at all mabe his disability was driving a 4x4 :laugher:

..er... I'm disabled and drive a 4x4 and some days walk fine :Erm:

Thats another good rule in the phils. Respect. One law i do agree with there. No forigners can own land.
