Hi i am sorry for asking i know its a repeat question but am confuse.
I got granted my visa sept 14, 2009 and arrive here in UK october 18, 2009.
But i looked at my passport and it said that my visa is valid from sept 14, 2009 until 12/14/2011.
I am confuse now should i apply 28 days before 12/14/2011 ? or should i apply 28 days before october 18, 2011?
thank you so much

Thank you so much terpe. I am a bit worried coz i arrived here october 2009 but we didnt know we will need bills on my name so we really didnt bother about it. I only have letters joint account and on my name started august 2010 when i got pregnant to my son and no letter on my name alone or joint name year 2009.
Do you think its alright? coz it said in the form that it should be spread in 2 years that i am here.

Please do read carefully the form and the guidance notes.
FLR(M) example form is here:-

FLR guidance notes here:-

Look to section 11 (Documents) to review what needs to be supplied.
If you have any specific questions about the requirements just fire away.
To be honest it's basically a formality to supply evidence that you have been living together during the past 2 years. There really shouldn't be any major problems at all.
If you really cannot find any documents at all addressed to you at the same address, then you have no choice but to try to explain in a letter why you are unable to comply.
I have know others than did that, and the UKBA just suggested other ways and other documents to supply.
Usually with a bit of thought something can be found.

A decision is made on the same day :xxgrinning--00xx3:
It's solely a personal choice, but only a choice if you have the budget.

in person you should get the result the same day, If postal it takes longer, when my wife applied in February, it took 3 weeks to get her passport back but others have waited longer. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
