Hello!
These are the conditions:
I am willing to apply as An "Unmarried or same-sex partner of a person present and settled in the UK"
I am Bulgarian (Male) and my partner is Spanish (Female). We've been living together for more than 2 years in London UK, but I am not permitted to work freely in UK as a Bulgarian National, but I am though permitted to live freely in the UK. I am studying Part-Time because at over 30 years of age full time studies among teens is not a viable option. I am in my second year, close to starting the 3rd, out of 4 years total. I have so far been supporting myself mainly through my savings and the help of my family. My Partner and I want to apply for a partners visa, which would allow me to work freely in the UK and help with our current lifestyle in the UK.
The Question are:
Which form do I really need? FLR (M) or SET (M)
I believe it is FLR (M)
