We've used B&N Lilley for the last few occasions. Their not the cheapest but the boxes get here ok (about 6 weeks to the province). I think prices are about £135 for a jumbo. We sent 2 jumbo and got a free bullet box. They delivery and pick up every 2 weeks in the midlands. We even managed to change the recipent after the boxes had been sent one time, Their very helpful
