Young reporters discovered that football legend Sir Bobby Charlton used to go to their school at the launch of the BBC Sports Unsung Hero Award.

I can report on a scam story I remember from the 1970 world cup.
It was reported the great Bobby Moore was stealing a necklace in Mexico and Bobby Charlton was shielding him:yikes:
The papers talked even more ..... in those days:icon_lol:

Yes, I know. I've seen lots of highlights since, but sadly I never saw an England team live at a world cup (well on TV) until 1982
