how to get a sister to come to the UK???

Hello each and everyone in this informative forum. Hope all things are in good health and mind...:)
I need advice please, my husband and I wants to get my 16 years old youngest sister whose in the Phils to come here in the UK but we dont know how and wht visa are best for her so she can come here as soon as possible? :NoNo: :doh

thanks lastlid. we thought of a student visa as she's only 16 but we dont knw how? hope someone there have some info that can advice me...
