PRESENT AND SETTLED
Hello I have a question related to Present and Settled IN THE UK.
Im a British Born (30 years old). Been living with a permanent 13a Residency permit in the Philippines for the past four years.
As you may have read some of my posts that now im in the process of returning to the UK and sponsoring my family in the Philippines.

When I return to the UK will I be considered present and settled British Citizen as im not intending to live and work in the UK again.

As for the requirements of the visa it states that I must be present and settle in the UK.

Please kindly give me your opinion.

you could apply for the visa for your wife and step kids while your in the phils, thou it would be more risky, it would be better if you came to the UK and found a place for them to live and a job, got at least 3 payslips and that would reduce your risks of refusal and with paying 3 visa's fees you need to minimize those risks.

Hey Joe

Yes its best to get a job and sort housing out and besides thats really important.

I cant just take my family over with me having a job that would be so difficult.
