hi there Elvie
good to know you...
you haven't been in the uK before, do you?
tell me why you are refused with your tourist visa... what was the reason?
I think CP VISA is not an option yet for you... stick on to your tourist visa first... to be specific actually u should apply a visit visa, that is sponsored by your friend from here in the UK... that's what I did with my past 2 visit visa. that is still a tourist visa but is specified. hope this is of help to you.

We been together for three years i think that should be enough proof for our genuine relationship, anyway yes ive been refused with my tourist visa im a fresh graduate so no job yet, thats the reason i was refused, which ive explain in my application.so we are both planning to try the CP which i read in the site we have all of those qualification but we dont know how and when to start.

we still planning to try a tourist visa again but its kinda tricky thing.although all they need to me is to establish myself here as i am certainly not establish yet,we have some property here which its all in my name but being an unemployed will affect my visa application i think. thank you for your responds
