Not all cases are exactly the same.
To be really sure you have the appropriate supporting documents it's important to review the UKBA application form and associated notes.

The Application Form FLR(M) is here (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/flr/formflrm1020091.pdf)

The FLR(M) Guidance Notes are here (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/flr/guideflrm1020091.pdf)

The UKBA Photo Guidance is here (http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/applicationforms/flr/photoguidance0409.pdf)

My guess is that with your application to be made at the PEO next Monday you've done all your research and review of forms already, but at least others reading this will be able to locate the forms.

Please do read the application form carefully. It's one of those that attempts to cover a number of different cases. Just be sure you follow those sections applicable for your circumstances.

If you have any specific questions just fire away.

Ive got 2 questions
1. In section 1.10 where it says Home office reference, should i put the reference number on my biometric id that starts with BR? However, boxers are not enough as it 1letter over
2. On payment details section, should i sign it as my signature when i was single ir my married signature?

1. As per the form only enter a Home office reference if you have one
Normally these can be found in cases where you may have received official immigration letters from the Home Office.

2. The payments section only requests "Cardholder's signature" for payments made by either credit card or debit card.
Means the signature in that box should be exactly the same name and signature as that on the card being used for payment.
This may or may not be the applicant.
