Despite this sort of sideshow, the issues are real.

The activities of the EDL pale into insignificance when compared with the activities of muslim extremists and the primitive behaviour of certain other ethnic groups originating in the Indian Sub-continent. 'Honour' killings are one example. The grooming for sexual exploitation of vulnerable young white girls by Pakistani males is another, and obviously this can only be the tip of the ice-burg. :angry:

Well, the slumbering apathy of my fellow British citizens IS damned infuriating, but I won't be joining any extremist groups anytime soon, certainly NOT racist ones (for obvious reasons).

Too much confusion between issues of race and those of religious/cultural difference.

Canute would have had a better chance though, the way things are now. :rolleyes:
