hi every one, i would just like to ask some questions again.

just recently my hubby lost his nan and now that his grand dad really needs someone to be with him in his house, he wants us to stay there with him, and he really needs someone to watch over him as he is quite old now and suffers the lost of his wife.

this will be a good one for us as we wont be paying rent anymore, meaning we will have more chance of saving money. Is there anyone who got refuse for visa just bec they are staying with their families?

The above policy states:

The ECO must be satisfied as to:

The availability and adequacy of accommodation. (not overcrowded)
That (where applicable) the permission of the owner of the accommodation has been given
No additional public funds will be necessary for accommodating the applicant in cases where the sponsor lives in accommodation from public funds.

There should be no problem as long as you fully explain the situation and provide the required evidence. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

ohh how i wish joebloggs lol yes his grand dad owns the house and eventually the house will be given to my husband. so his parents are really asking us to stay at the house which is a good one and gave us hope more that we can show the embassy there is no need for funds for me or us :)
