I've only ever heard it called Okra and only ever seen it sold in markets,grocery shops and supermarkets as Okra.

wow!!!! Okra with lechon kawali is sooooo yummy....but..... be carefull with your health....lechon kawali has more taba ( fats) lol...and its dangerous to your health.....good day folks

My wife's favourite food is Lechon Kawali. She made some for me a few weeks back. Very nice indeed. But I had to try and explain to her that it isn't good to eat that kind of food all the time.

And yes. Okra and lady's fingers.....I have heard both used here in UK.
