This is an appalling story one part of the UKBA had put this worthless germ in a hostel whilst another part spent over a year trying to locate him so he could be slung out. In the meantime he murdered his "partner" and their two kids before doing us a favour and killing himself.

Those responsible at the UKBA should lose their jobs

What happened to the inter-agency communication that we were supposed to have now ?

These people should be kept track of in the same way (hopefully) that sex-offenders are.

After all, there could be potential terrorists hiding amongst them, and any criminal history they might have will be unknown.

Some kind of lengthy probationary period where their whereabouts is always known HAS to make sense.

We have computer systems these days. If your car isn't taxed or insured the authorities will certainly have all the details.

Very true Graham the authorities are all geared up for nabbing a car tax dodger but a criminal psychopath who jumped out from under a lorry, was handed some cash by the UKBA and directed towards Lunar House can vanish :cwm23:
