My Profile problem

Hello guys... What do i need to do? because when i tried to go on my profile to upload profile picture a message come up and it say....

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

Kindly help me pls what do i need to do? many thanks...

Hi Maricel, privileges are earned as you go on, by how many posts, threads ect, it doesnt take long,
when you earn enough privileges you can private message too,:):xxgrinning--00xx3:
