I used to do continental shifts when I was on the tunnels Stevie.

Sleeping daytime was no problem, as normally totally knacked, I'd be out like a light as soon as me head touched the pillow and it would have taken more than a blinkin earthquake to wake me up.:NEW5:

I dont really like working nights Graham :NoNo: but needs must it certainly interferes with the :do_it: :omg:

My family were all living in our place in the Phils at that time and I was away in Hong Kong so I had nowt else to do but work really.
I used to do 7 day weeks plus all the overtime I could get, as the sole purpose was to just work and save.

Being so close to the Phils meant that every few weeks I could have a weekend 'at home' though. :)

Couldn't do it now....too bloody old. :icon_lol:

The plant operating would be ok though.

I cant believe how cold it feels tonight - the heating system says its -2c outside but just popped out for the evil smoke and it feels like -10c.

But I am sure last year it was colder - when I came back from malaysia in 2010 xmas I was basking in 36c and landed at Birmingham it was -effin 15c! That was a shock having been away 6months.

I digress - I wish too I was off to the far east (or anywhere hot) soon! :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I know the feeling Tone, I'm a smoker too and only smoke outside the house. I was going to go for a quick one a couple of hours ago, but I keep putting it off....well, I suppose it's one way of cutting down:rolleyes:

I escaped the worst of the snow in the 09/10 and 10/11 winters by going over to the Phils for a few weeks. It's no fun scraping 2 foot of frozen snow off your car in an airport carpark at 3am in the morning after 24 hours of flying home:bigcry:
