just wondering, i have tried to look at differant sites but no joy, so i was wondering if anyone here knows, if we brought a lot what do you use for the wast water and sewage,, i know how to get water and electric to the lot but the others are confussing me, any help or sites would be welcome

Can't help with sites Steve, but Septic tank is the norm in the Phils. :)

I once spent quite a few hours unblocking the :censored: pipe to one. :cwm24:

You should invest in a fold up bike, and take it on board as hand baggage. It will save on public transport costs getting to the airport and the added bonus is you can use it when you get there too:xxgrinning--00xx3:

I do actually have a cheaper version here in my garage, and I also used to cycle all over the place when we lived in the Phils for 3 years one time. :)

I know they aren't cheap, but you have to treat it as a long term investment and look at how much you could save on transport over 5 years plus. Yes, I remember you saying you used to cycle a lot, hence why I mentioned it:xxgrinning--00xx3:

yeah septic tank, they are fibreglass tanks now , but can be built using bricks and cement, as long as its built to proper specs, the size for either depends on how many bathrooms toilets ect, the septic tank must have a run off to expell the overfill while it leaves the soilids inside, the run off should go into a soak away ( a hole dug out and filled with suitable rubble,, pebbles ect, the land must be suitable to soak it in, as long as the water has been through the soak away any run off from that can then go to a stream or river or just onto a suitable patch of land, i dont know the regulations for phil,
but thats a general idea of it
