Rangers lodge legal papers signalling their intention to go into administration and face the threat of an immediate 10-point deduction.

I just heard on TalkSh1te the cowboy that bought them hasn't been paying his VAT and PAYE. Apparently the whole Scottish football TV deals becomes null and void if either Celtic or 'Gers are not in the SPL
