i'm :cwm23::censored::cwm23::angry: with DPD and O2, i lost my mobile 2wks ago, i knew within 1 or 2 mins i had lost it, fell out of my pocket, i had only gone 200metres, couldn't find it, phoned my friend who gave me a lift home, asked, was it in his car, he said no, he was off work the next day, so i got the phoned block, and as i need a mobile I went to O2 to upgrade the phone to an HTC XE . o2 said it would arrive in 2days. the day after my friend picked me up, and guess what he had my mobile :Jump: oh :doh he found it in his car  why didn't he tell me sooner :bigcry:

anyway my misses wants a new phone, so she could have my old one or the XE, it should have arrived monday, got home monday, I expected a 'missed del' note thru the door, no :Erm: nothing.. :Erm:

next day checked MyO2 online, tracked me parcel, said it was delivered and signed for by 'LUCY' who the :censored: is lucy :Erm:, there was no one in the house - were all at work, i expected a card thru the door so i could go and pick it up from the local DPD depot.

so I chatted to O2, they said they would find out from DPD were my phone is, 2 weeks now and still no phone, the cheeky :censored: have debit my account for the new phone, :cwm23::censored::cwm23::angry:, someone today will wish they didnt work for O2
