Three times more migrant workers came to the UK on companies' transfers schemes than on general visas for skilled workers, official figures show.

I think ICT has been abused for years, people in other countries like the phils, set up a small UK office, then use ICT to get them there.:NoNo:

Yep. The oil industry in the UK has been using ICT for years. It is rife. My previous employer brought people in from everywhere overseas, at will. Needs tightening up.
