Not sure if I mentioned it before re their neglect in deporting your ex Mick but how about telling Mrs May you'll raise the issue with the Parliamentary Ombudsman http://www.ombudsman.org.uk/

Different Ombudsman but I took the local council to the Local Govt Ombudsman for an elderly lady who's garden & garage was getting flooded by their poor street drainage - immediate rectification and £2k compo to pay for works she had put in place
