Steve..... does your LBC tracking number work ?
For the first few weeks it just indicated the box had been collected, and now, nothing !

For me also, I would like to track it even as it is in transit, like saying it is going through the Suez Canal
or where eve the container is on it's journey. :doh
They need to do something about this, I might have to makea complaint

I don't think the so called tracking works with any of them they only seem to give accurate info when the ship is a couple of days out of Manila. It would be interesting Steve as you say to plot a dot down the Suez canal etc.
Some years ago I imported some product from Malaysia and it went on some kind of express route taking 2.5/3 weeks if I recall correctly. I think the containers went by ship to Vladivostock or suchlike then rail to Holland or Germany then a ship over here

I remember reading somewhere that these ships cruise along at the most fuel efficent speed these days. Gone are the times of full speed ahead.

I may be wrong but didn't someone post up a ship tracking website here not long ago?
If you knew the name of the ship it might work.
Then again it might not with all the crazies around in the world these days. Maybe no-one wants to divulge the position and direction of their ship.
