I quite agree. Just a little care and thought on a standard, self explanatory, statement is not much to ask for £810 (which is well over cost at their own admission.) It really would take so little effort on their part to sort this one out.

We never did get such a statement as the one aim angel received above. We were simply told by VFS that our visa application was being returned. Grrrrrrrr.

congratz!!!!! been through that also when i receive 1 txt msg and 3emails.....
im so nervous as they wouldnt tell u if u passed it or not so better wait for your passport for u to see hehehehe :)
but in Gods grace its approved hehehe....so happy :)

Wow so many people with good news! Congratulations!

Hopefully soon I'll be able to share the same news, but I lodge my application in a few months from now, since I'm still working.
