Sorry Steve and Rosie, these conditions you mention are not embarrassing enough :icon_lol: I have to agree, they claim it's educational, but why anyone would want to appear on this programme - whether or not they're paid - doctors or patients - escapes me :doh.
Not recommended, but for those who are curious, here's the link ( http://www.channel4embarrassingillnesses.com/ ).

It's nothing more than a freak show for the titillation of the masses :NoNo:
Mr. Barnum would have been proud.

Well, a friend of a friend knows someone who was on that show, and they showed an operation, in close up - on his bot. Nooooooooooo comment!
But the point is, the reason he went on the show apparently, is that the tv company pay for the best private surgeons to operate on their problem, where otherwise they would have just had to put up with it.
So it's a trade off. You appear on the show doing the truffle shuffle, and in exchange, you get rid once and for all something which has made your life a misery.
Taking everything into consideration, it's not too bad a trade off I guess, I mean, who remembers the people who have been on that show a day or two later.

Probably why I like watching it mate!
I think its quite useful, the programs from Thailand were interesting although I do agree you gotta be a prize plonker to want to "star" in it:NoNo:

persons that have no hair/ or less hair has a lot of reasons to be happy..why? because
-you dont need to buy shampoo (just save the money)
-dont need to comb or fix hair when your in a hurry to go to your work.
-be easier to treat dandruff
-dont need to spend money on hair cut
those are only a few :Cuckoo::Cuckoo: I'm sure there are still plenty to add :Wave:
