Scottish independence would open up the borders to "mass immigration", Home Secretary Theresa May is due to warn.

there are already many imigrants here in scotland, polish ect, just as there is now in england,

maybe its just a head strong thing, to adopt the opposite of what england does just to show a point,having the power.

As for mass immigration to Scotland, well they'd soon make their way south because for some bizarre reason, they all want to live in London, so maybe they'd have to put a humongous border fence along the Scotland/England border.

Anyway, the thing to bear in mind about Alex Salmond(ella), is that he has all day, every day to think about nothing but Scottish independence. All the other politicians, Labour, Tory, Lib etc - independence is a tiny consideration, compared to wanting people - both Scottish and English - to have jobs, be able to heat their homes, be able to drive their cars, educate their kids and so forth.
That frankly says all you need to know about Salmond.

If the Scots want to go their own way, it should be up them, not some fat sweaty barely-concealed xenophobe with his head half way up Sean Connery's backside
