Yes, I would agree that an influx of certain types of immigrant can depress house values.

We must thank our lucky stars that property will be so much cheaper to buy in these new slums and ghettos, once the existing Brits have fled the scene. :rolleyes:

at the time i remember,the estate agents tried their hardest to hold them back from spreading from bradford through frizinghall to shipley, but only succeded in delaying it ,

i also remember the estate agents asking my mam and dad not to agree to sell the house to them, because they knew the house prices would fall
