I think it's a good indication of the state of British politics today. People just don't think they have a choice anymore so go for minority parties at By Elections. I think it's a wake up call for Labour that they probably wont heed.

They had 13 years of creating the present mess....including the mass immigration policy that has screwed things up so much for many on this forum. :NoNo:

Personally, I think the majority of all politicians are a waste of time and space.
Somewhere along the line it all changed. None of them have the necessary experience, conviction, intelect or common sense.
There's just no GMRC anymore :olddude:

Yes laslid it is the ticket he stands on and who can argue with him? All the governments have blood on their hands and i bet not one of their close relatives have been there. And yes Graham bradford is like another country just like all the citys will be.:doh.

George Galloway, Respect: 18,341 (55.9%)
Imran Hussain, Labour: 8,201 (25%)
Jackie Whiteley, Conservative: 2,746 (8.4%)
Jeanette Sunderland, Lib Dem: 1,505 (4.6%)
Other: 2,021 (6.2%)
Turnout: 50.8%

He also claims not to drink alcohol :Erm:
But he does enjoy a big cigar :D

The stats are definitely saying something.....quite a definitive result.

Labour thought they could simply win Bradford by putting up a Pakistani Muslim candidate. Obviously the people saw through this.The way Labour are performing in opposition at the moment under Milliband is making them look unelectable for quite some time.
