Hello everyone, first of all, thank you for all the support last year when I first applied a fiancee visa, I got approved and was given 6 months marriage visa. As you know, I got married last February, I will apply for visa extension soon, next week already. I searched about the correct visa form, it is FLR(M), but I got difficulties in filling it up, I wish someone could help me out. here are some I am confused about...

Q: Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of
stay in one of the above categories with your current partner? If this is
the first time with a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner, answer No.
A: So, is it No or Yes? my application last year was the first and this is the first extension of visa...

Q: Have you had your fingerprints taken?
A: Yes. They took my face and fingers biometrics back in vfs global in PI, so is that valid? I just can't remember the date when it was taken. :(

Q. Personal Title .. Miss or Ms or Mrs...
A. I was a Ms. but I married last feb, so should I use Mrs now? ?hmm

Q. Explain why you are applying for an extension of stay rather than
indefinite leave to remain
A: there are only two answers for me based on the choices, either personal circumstances to do with your relationship or other explain below??

Q. Have you previously given fingerprints as part of another UK immigration application made in the UK or abroad?
A: what does this mean??

Okay, lastly, I submitted the original accomodation letter and the lease of agreement of their home here rented by my inlaws, unfortunately I was not able to secure a photocopy of that letter and contract. :( Can I just take a picture of the house/our room instead? would it be alright then? Please advise...

Thank you for taking time to read my long post. Sorry if it's too long and maybe annoying.. Ops.:xxgrinning--00xx3:

Answer: YES, because they are asking about extension visa and there's a statement "(but not as a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner)" in the question which excludes the current visa you have.

Q: Have you had your fingerprints taken?
A: Yes. They took my face and fingers biometrics back in vfs global in PI, so is that valid? I just can't remember the date when it was taken. :(

Answer: YES, and just give the month and year when you submitted your visa application.

Q. Personal Title .. Miss or Ms or Mrs...
A. I was a Ms. but I married last feb, so should I use Mrs now? ?hmm

Answer: I ticked "Mrs" since I'm married now, and on the part where they asked "Any other name(s) by which you are or have been known", I put there my married name.

Q. Explain why you are applying for an extension of stay rather than
indefinite leave to remain
A: there are only two answers for me based on the choices, either personal circumstances to do with your relationship or other explain below??

Answer: You just leave it blank and you don't have to answer this if you answered YES to the question "Is this the first time you have applied for a visa or extension of stay in one of the above categories (but not as a fiance(e) or proposed civil partner) with your current partner?"

Q. Have you previously given fingerprints as part of another UK immigration application made in the UK or abroad?
A: what does this mean??

Answer: YES, you did it when you submitted your visa application in VFS.
