Got 78 pesos to the £ in July '10. Thats a very sobering thought:! Mate of mine was getting 90 + just a few years ago, 68 is still low in my book. Hoping for 70+. :rolleyes:

The rate dropped from 42 to 35 in 1992 after the financial fiasco during John Major's watch
Jan 2005 or thereabouts it hit 107 for a short while
I gotta say during the 90s even at a rate of 35 your money went a long way
