Hi lastlid yes I was there yesterday. We just drop by there for a drink and to see the place as well. We stayed for an hour and talk to the owner. Ate Cora is very accommodating and nice woman.
The restaurantis situated very close to the center. A few walk away from Ikea Ashton.
174 Oldham Road Ashton under lyne
Contact number 0161 330 4978.
Philippine Menu serve 7pm to 10pm
Opening hours. Breakfast 9-11.30
Lunch 12-2.30
Afternoon Tea 2.30-4.
Open all week EXCEPT Wednesday.
You can ring them for more infos.

Ah. Maybe they were away the other week. I tried ringing several times. We were in Manchester for a few days. By the way, in Tampopo in the Trafford Centre they do Adobo Chicken, but that is the only Filipino cuisine that they do.

What sort of things are on their menu?

BTW I know the IKEA in Ashton. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

The Menu is from Appetisers to Main Course like Chicken Beef Pork Fish Seafood Vegetarian and English dishes.
They also accept catering services.
I never had a taste of her food but I reckon it's a good one considering that she come from the culinary capital in Philippines.
