The trial of three people charged after an inquiry into an alleged immigration scam has collapsed after 13 potential witnesses were deported.:laugher::icon_lol::laugher::doh

you couldn't make this one up :angry:, how the :censored: has UKBA managed to deport anyone, never mind 13 witnesses is unbelievable to me :crazy:

Judge Tain criticised UKBA in his ruling, saying it "appeared simply to have given no thought to the detained people as witnesses".

"They simply got on with their task of removing illegal immigrants," he said.

"It doubtless never crossed their minds that prosecution witnesses are supposed to appear in court."

Deported - Must be a mistake surely :icon_lol: They're probably on the phone right now to the European Court of Human .....s

Do UKBA job candidates require reading and writing skills...or maybe sufficient to have been a failed Bouncer in the brain-matter department ? :Erm:
