Prisoners should be made to pick up rubbish thrown by motorists, an MP has said.

Tory Andrew Percy believes American-style chain gangs could clear up to 700million tons of litter from British roads.

When I moved house around 20 years to an ex prision estate house, a working party were litter picking on the estate, and the guard had them help carry our stuff in from the van:xxgrinning--00xx3:

stupid thing is they will sue for back damage incured while bending down to pick up litter ,

if i remember rightly at petehead prison they sued because they didnt have toilets and had to slop out ,:NoNo:
