The European Court of Human Rights has backed terror extraditions from the UK to the United States.

The Strasbourg court held there would be no violation of human rights for those facing life and solitary confinement in a supermax prison.

It's ridiculous that these pieces of crap weren't shipped out years ago - we should have nothing whatsoever to do with this farcical court

If we continue to observe this courts judgements its not all done and dusted though as...................

The human rights judges emphasised that today's ruling only becomes final after three months, if there has been no further appeal.

Meanwhile, the judges said, 'the court decided to continue its indication to the United Kingdom Government that the applicants should not be extradited until this judgment became final or until the case was referred to the Grand Chamber(of the Human Rights court)'.

Well hopefully Hamza will end up on that side of the pond where he will serve a proper jail sentence, maybe he will also have to learn to wipe his own ass too !

I expect plenty more appeals.
I'm not sure how this decision stacks up against other recent extraditions.
Or does it depend on how much you can afford to spend on a lawyer.

Quite agree Dedworth.

Whatever honourable concepts may have brought about this court in the first place, the system has over the years been totally abused, and merely drags out the process of 'justice', while supporting the numerous parasites who feed off our taxes.

Long John Baldry...one of Britain's best underrated singers. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I remember so well when I was 16 taking my my pretty 14 year-old girlfriend to see him play live in a marquee on York racecourse.

'So let the heartaches begin'.... :)
