hello,
I've been to UK last 2008, got my student visa for 2 1/2 years. I'm working in a Residential Home at the sametime. I'm doing the NVQ 3 but unfortunately, I didn't finished my NVQ went to Italy to be with my auntie now I'm applying for my settlement visa, My question is do you think the ECO will refuse my visa because of what I've done.

What is your UK immigration status ? (What visa do you have?)

hello sir terpe already here in the philippines and I'm applying for settelement visa
right I left the UK Jan,2011 but my visa is until Dec 2011.
