Divorce paper original or certified xerox copy

Hello good day,just having problem of this document.I only have certified xerox copy from civil registrar's office since the judge get our original copy....Will this be valid for spouse visa application?or my hubby need to get a new one?:Help1:thank you

if its certified with the court seal/stamp it should be ok i got a copy from county court office it cost me £5 then i find original there was no differance in the two
