Oscar Rendole of team Mail and More pumps his fist after crossing the finish line to win the first lap of Tour de Filipinas on Saturday in Santa Ana, Tuguegarao. The Tour de Filipinas is on its third year and it is the only local race that is on the Asia Tour calendar of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI).
