My wife needs to renew her Phili passport and issue the Report of Marriage to the Phili embassy in the UK but the site is pretty vague on what processes you have to follow, it only says what forms you need and little else.
Do we post the completed forms off or does she have to take them in person? There's no mention of how to book for an appointment or anything like that on the site? Help appreciated.
