Hi Folks

My first post here! Lolita and I submitted our Fiance application on 21st March so we have been waiting just 4 weeks so far but it seems like a lifetime. Fingers crossed. We are both mature people (I am 56 and Lolita is 48) and I am a professional person so we are very hopeful of a positive result. Anyway good luck to everyone on here and we will keep you posted. By the way I am in Kent, Uk and Lolita is from Cebu.

hi there Dave and Lolita!
welcome to this very helpful website with full-of-knowledge members :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Good luck to both of you.
No worries, everything will be alright..
I am worried, but i realized theres nothing we can do 'bout it, except be patient.. and attract positivity.
Soon all of us will receive a good news.
I reckon my fiance visa only took 6-days and i got an approval, i was over the moon that was Oct 2011.

Now I am here in Scotland, waiting for my next visa for 2 year extension.
I sent it 30 Jan 2012.
Had biometric 21 March 2012.
And now, still waiting, its already 25 April 2012.

But with all the help from folks here in this website, their thoughts and advices makes you aware what's goin on and at least calm you down not to worry that much. ;)

cheers!

I live in Platt, near Borough Green, Sevenoaks. I have been to Cebu twice and absolutely love the country and the people. They put us to shame with all the stresses of life there and yet they still keep smiling through. Would love to live there but toooooooooooooooooooooooo hot !!!!!!!!!

We remain very hopeful and positive that Lolita will be here within the next few months. Rememebr the "Law of Attraction".

Wishing you success.

When she's her, perhaps we can met up for lunch at the Woodman at Ide Hill, or the Grasshopper in Westerham.
