Foreigners who have been accused of serious human rights abuses will be banned from visiting the UK under tough new immigration requirements to be outlined today.
The measures will allow ministers to ban non-EU citizens from entering the UK where “credible” evidence exists of past or continuing human rights abuses by the individuals.
  so if your a European human rights abuser you can still come to the UK :doh

Yip if you are european you can just about do what you want and be allowed in the country regardless if you speak our tongue or what you do (ok i know thats good coming from a scot and an aberdonian at that) :icon_lol:
But yet if you from the phil they are trying to make it more difficult to come here, regardless if you work extremely hard and willing to settle here and contribute positively to the country.
Yeah im a bit biased after all the lovely filo people Ive met these last few years who wanted to do just that):)
