I was on the UKBA website to see if they have updated the visa waiting times as my wife’s application was submitted 6 weeks ago and found this. http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitecontent/newsarticles/2012/april/66-primetime-philippines It started on the 1st May I was there last week and can’t say I had noticed it or find any postings here.

Operating along similar lines to a PEO, I should imagine :rolleyes: ... and - when you're already forking out not much short of 'a grand' for the visa - well worth the extra 4,200 Php (or sixty-odd quid) for the sake of avoiding the [usual] prolonged stress of awaiting the outcome.

Wish it'd been offered a few years back when MY wife applied! :doh

I don't think this service applies to any settlement visa route :NoNo:
