ok here go's me and my fiancée have been together almost 3 years while i was working in the Philippines.
sadly the role i had came to a end and i have had to return to the UK.
took me a few months to get settled but i have now just started a £33000 a year job this week, is there anyway i can get her here now or do i have to build up 3 months work first?
any advice/stories gratefully received........because i miss her so much and want her back with me!

You can start the process straight away, particularly if you have good evidence of a strong relationship over the last three years. She can come as an unmarried partner or a fiance, although it would require you to get married, the fiance route would probably be easier as it shows more commitment.
See no reason why not. Only thing I can see is the requirement for the 6 months wage slips though.
Maybe e-mail UKBA to ask about that?

Could be difficult as they insist on 6months wage slips to prove you do not need to resort to public funds.

Just a quick comment and no offence intended.
UKBA do not insist on 6 months pay slips.
The objective is to prove adequate maintenance and accommodation, without needing public funds. Just how you do that depends on each case.
In terms of employment UKBA state that you should have employment for one or both of the parties or sufficient prospects of employment for one or both parties.
Many people have only a firm job offer or pay slips of 1 - 3 months
Hope that helps.
Would be worth reviewing the UKBA website for up to date info
