View Full Version : is there any new rules ammended this coming june for spouse visa??
guy's i need your help asap!!! as im applying for spouse visa this coming 01 june 2012..all our requirments are all complete as far as we concern. but my wife has read a forum just a moment ago that the uk embassy are ammending the rules that sponsor's must have atleast 25,000 annual income,how true is this?? as it worries us cost shes earning lower than that... please reply as soon as posibble as im paying a huge money for the spouse visa and it will be wasted if the new rule is true..

As it stands right now there is no change.
If your application preparations are complete and you have all the required evidence to hand then apply now.
There are some 'proposals on the table' that will place a threshold limit on income.
So far no-one has any idea just what that threshold limit will be, nor when the changes will be announced or implemented.
Get your application submitted asap.

hello guys i got couple of emails and text message from ukba saying my visa application is already processed and its on the courier now so just waiting til it comes to my door step :omg: as i counted the days from the day i applied its only 10days does anyone experienced a 10days processing and whats the common outcome of the application?? :omg: or :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Ours took about 2 weeks. The processing timeframe seems to vary so much and seems to have no bearing on the outcome.
