they have now change the visas for lot of coutries in europe.now you can stay for 30 days without replying for a visa.that is very good.
I have a question,I am going to get married in august, and I can stay in 30 days witout visa.but if I need to stay longer is it possible to get it somewhere in philppine like the police or some official counsil.

If you have a concern probably better to get an extension for 59 days upon arrival at Manila airport.
Otherwise extensions are available at the various BI offices.

Visa Extension possible in Manila Airport
When I flew into the Manila International Airport just a month ago, I went to the tiny immigration office right before you clear immigration and paid somewhere around $60-$70 to get my visa extension stamped into my passport.
This is WAY easier than going to the offices in town and cheaper than using a travel agent.
FYI, if you're going to extend it do it when you land, it took me like 8 minutes!!
