We just love BBQ's but it's always a risk (weatherwise) in UK

We BBQ in winter also. In fact many times I've BBQ'd in the rain and snow.
The other night I was BBQing chicken wings at 10pm:)

Love BBQ'd fish too. Oh and BBQ'd corn-on-the-cob
Traditional skewered pork Philippine style is always a winner. But what a palava preparing with all that cutting, marinading and then slipping onto the skewer.
Sometimes tricky getting it cooked just right, but practice makes perfect:D

It is NOW!
You won't believe how much damage I do to my delicate hands getting that pork onto the skewer.:D

Does taste good though :hubbahubba:

Why don't more people just put a pull-out awning on the back of their house ? :Erm:

You'd think it never rained in this country.

Better than spending 10 or 15 grand on a useless conservatory.

When I go to peoples houses they always want me to sit in these awful places.

Boiling in summer, freezing in winter and like blinkin Goldfish bowls for the nosy neighbours. :NoNo:

Me, I'd spend it on a nice maintenance pit for the car, a bigger garage and a nice covered Barbie surrounded by concrete....in fact a garden of concrete....back and front. :D

oooh...more space for more cars. :Erm:
