hello again people in this forum ^_^ it think it has been a month ago since i first posted here asking for help in doing my spousal visa. i just realized i might have said it wrong, it was the FLR(M) visa i was applying for, anyways thank you for all the helpful answers people here have given me. just earlier today, my visa application was approved! ^_^ it was a stressful month for both me and my husband but it all paid off.

i was on a student visa and we applied for the premium service at SOLIHULL. i must say, the staff there are very helpful and the process only lasted for 30mins. my husband was allowed to be with me in all steps-even at the biometrics office! we were not asked any questions apart from providing them with my school letter, bank statements and payslips. the 30 minutes included my biometrics application as well! then we were asked to come back after 1 1/2 hour. after which a lady at the reception handed me my letter saying my visa has been approved and my card would arrive after 7 days. we couldn't be any happier! i was just a little sorry i was not able to hand in the survey form they asked me to fill up! we were so happy we realized we didn't hand it in when we were about an hour away from Solihull already :(

thanks again everyone! :)

:) Let me be the first to congratulate you both. I am delighted :BouncyHappy: to learn of your "instant" success - and I'm sure you're glad to have been spared the agonies of waiting indefinitely - by using the premium service. OK ... it's more expensive - but DEFINITELY worth the extra outlay. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
