In 2009 the Identity and Passport Service took an average of 1.8 working days while today it takes 5.5 days for employees to process the necessary paperwork.

As long as they find the fraudulent ones and stop handing them out willy nilly to anybody who manages to scam their way into staying here for 5 years, I don't care.
