must be legal aid, only British citizens (:laugher: i tired to get legal aid once, no chance :angry:) should be able to have access to legal aid, then i think many of these 'human rights' cases would never happen or not be drag out for years. funded only by the tax payer :NoNo:

Legal aid should be renamed to criminals aid. I also tried getting it once and couldn't because I was a taxpayer...
