I am thinking of a couple of countries i could go to this summer with the missus...

Which have people found the easiest for filipino's on a vistors visa in the UK? I have seen lots about wives but not a lot about vistors....

If your wife is on a "visitor's visa" to the UK, then NO Schengen countries will issue her a visa.

Well spain and Greece are easy !
other countries like France Visa is much complicated than THE UK

If she's already in the UK, then you may have difficulties applying for a visit visa. Some embassies might entertain you, others will only accept residents.
The procedure is generally straightforward and its the same form now for all Schengen countries, but you should in theory apply for the first country you intend to visit.
